Tune synth to Just Intonation?

I'm trying to change the tuning files on my protools synths so that they are in just intonation as opposed to equal temperament. I have downloaded some .tun files that will work with other syths but haven't been able to find a way to get it to work with protools. does anyone know it its possible with protools synths and if so, how?
im running m-powered 8.0.5
