I also seem to have bundled 10/9 version with cptk & now PT 11 won´t be authorized due to surrendering issues… this is strange. How do I solve this?

Well, I'm another one who checked wrong checkbox and by mistake purchased PT11+CPTK upgrade to PT11HD instead of PT9/10Bundle+CPTK right now. Same price, different product. Anybody able to help me? Bruce? Thanks in advance…
Roman EDIT: Solved by Avid support. My order was ok, Avid first deposited wrong license. After my request they deposited right one and everything seems to be ok. Last edited by Rumsound; 04-24-2014 at 08:43 AM. |

Well, I'm in the same boat with many of the users here. I have purchased the incorrect upgrade.
I purchased the PT9/10+CPTK to PT11HD instead of the PT10/11+CPTK. I currently have the PT10/11 Student upgrade bundle. Ilok told me bundles cannot be surrendered. This can't be true can it? Anyway, I submitted a ticket to AVID. Is there any hope for the upgrade still? Or do I have to do a digital return? |

Avid Support will be able to sort your upgrade via your ticket, without resubmitting or canceling your order.
