Strange, as it was exactly the same for me in Mavericks for quite sometime now. Love to know what they changed to 'make it work with Mavericks'.
Anyway, HD10.3.7 has been flawless for me under Mavericks so it's all good

I'd like to know if there are any performance advantages using PT 11.03 with Mavericks compared to 10.8.4

Kind Regards Mats

Maverick seems/feel faster as an OS in general. Other than this, I assume that this update is only a compatibility one, I experienced no real performance upgrade. It is stable, but nothing serious, not faster or better.

There is practically no advantage to running 11 under Mavericks vs. running 11 under ML, though you will adopt plenty of risks with Mavericks. I'm glad to know that there are people willing to make the jump early -- to find and deal with those issues before the rest of us run across them.

Oh yeah, I'm waiting too. I am thrilled with things as they are right now in 10.8.5. Took me awhile to stop bleeding on the cutting edge.
