Where is my renewal?
Paid for my PT renewal this morning and have not received any links? My account still shows no renewal. How
long does it take to receive anything. I paid directly on my avid account and received notification of payment received. Any ideas?

Have you opened a support case already? I hear Avid Support is very effective in fixing licensing problems

If it's a Subscription then the expiration date for both should be changed - please check the license in iLok License Manager in case it needs to be refreshed or the iLok needs to be Synchronized. For licensing/account issues Janne's right - it's best to contact Avid CS directly (start a case from the Support Center in my.avid.com or call using your System ID) but I can check into this one... please check your other email account.

Question about renewal
I am trying to renew my(44 Day(s) Left
Your Software Updates + Support Plan expires on Sep 27, 2019 and I thought my renewal would be under the previous pricing before 7-2019 at $99? The only option for this is at $199 on the pull down. Please someone correct me if I am wrong. I have perpetual product according to my product page. Please help
