Playback Engine not seeing HD Native Omni
Just Upgraded to Pro Tools Ultimate from 11HD. Installed the Pro_Tools_2020_9_1_Mac_107155_ software and the latest driver HD_Driver_2020_9_Mac_107144_ and the HD Native Omni is not being recognized as a playback engine. Running OSX 10.15.17 on a MacBook Pro.
Thoughts?

Update: I went into System Information on my Mac and the HD Thundbolt is recognized. Have restarted the Mac, reinstalled the driver, still not showing up in the playback engine.

Do you have the DigiLink I/O license on your iLok? You need that for HD hardware since 12.6

I purchased the Ultimate Perpetual License Expired Plan, I guess this does not include the Digilink I/O License?

You would see DigiLink I/O license on your iLok License Manager if you had one. If not, you need to buy one.

Thanks JFreak, It does appear that I have it on my ilok included with the Pro Tools Ultimate Perpetual Bundle. Still not showing up in the Playback Engine.

Doesn't appear so. When I go into System information on my MacBook Pro under thunderbolt HD Native thunderbolt is recognized as being connected.

It does not make any sense to me then. If you are using latest OS and latest PT and you have current PT license and DigiLink license on your license key, then everything should be alright software-wise.

... and btw. you only need HD driver for 3rd party applications such as Logic. PT will recognize HD hardware as is.
