Default Help!!Licence not showing in Manager [SOLVED]

Help!!
Subscription expired in middle of session so I purchased it again to continue but now the manager can't find it (already refreshed) ..Any chance to fix this soon ?

I also noticed in my products the new subscription doesn't have any system id even though it says it's active. Without the number I can't create a case. I have the receipt though if that helps!

I'm having the exact same issue. Except I just purchased a brand new subscription to PT. My account online gives me no download options, and the license hasn't shown up in my iLok account.
