Default Protools 6.4.1 & Mackie D8b Hui Mode?

Anyone using this combo or similar ? I've never upgraded my mackieOS to V5. Is it a worthwhile thing? Ie, does the HUI mode work well, or is it full of bugs/issues?

xx
