Weird pro tools issue...or user issue

Here's my issue, prehaps it not a bug...if i write a sequence in a midi track or do the same with an intrument track with a virtual synth, no matter how many notes i write it only plays G, varios times acording to the midi file but only G

Im going nuts and cant fix it need some serious help!!
