Default importing 32-bit tracks to pt 7 le

hello everyone, can i import 32-bit tracks to pro tools le 7.0 and up,i have digi002, i tried but nothing happens, can this be done, any tricks or tips. Acid 6 imports them with no issue, im sorry if this is a simple question, and i know pro tools only supports24 bits, but i would love to work on these tracks on pto tools, thanks for your time and understanding!

As far as i know it won´t work in PT. you have to convert your files to 24bit in another application like for excample Wavelab (with cool and easy batch conversion tool) and afterwards you´re able to use it in PTLE...
...converting from 32 to 24bit won´t affect the audible audio quality...imho

Quicktime Pro will allow you to transcode 32-bit audio files to 24-bit. Just open, export to WAV, and set to 24-bit.

The only difference is the dynamic range. 16 bit = 104dB, 24 bit = 144dB, 32 bit = 184dB (I believe)
