Default Old PT9 User Upgrade questions....

I've been out of the recording thing for awhile. I had PT9 but I have changed computers, lost my discs and iLok. I looked in my Avid account and my license is still there and it's also still in my iLok account...

So, if I wanted to upgrade to PT10 or 11 what do I need to do? I'm running Maverick's....Any help would be appreciated...

Not a chance if you're running Mavericks. PT10 & 11 are bundled together.

If you lost your iLok, that's a problem.

If you have your iLok, you need to buy the v9 to v11 upgrade and install v11.1.1 for use with Mavericks OS.

Good explanation in Pro Tools Expert podcast 99. Sorry it's not good news.

I just bought a new iLok. How much is the upgrade from 9 to 11?

Is there another way to do this? Transfer ownership of someone else's?

Would it be cheaper to buy used on Ebay or Craigslist? Maybe just
get PT 11 full version and not do the v9 to v11?

Just trying to see what other options there are......Thanks
