Default iMac 5k Heat or Fan issues?

Just curious for updates from anyone on the 4GHz iMac 5K. Anyone having any issues with heat or fan noises? I've read lots of people are having issues with the GPUs heating up to crazy temps, like 217 degrees, and the CPU throttling down under heavy loads. Also, the fans getting really loud when these heat issues creep up.

Granted most of these reports are from guys doing heavy video work. Curious if anyone is having these issues during heavy sessions? Also, I'm going to be tracking in the same room as my computer, so noise is an issue. I'm currently on an i5 2.7GHz iMac and noise has never been an issue.

Also, any thoughts on the long term reliability of the 5K panel? Its first gen technology, and I'm a little concerned about the issues that might creep up with it.
