I checked and indeed I had a temporary license, but also a new perpetual one! According to the iLok manager the perpetual was deposited at 1.21AM local time. 2 hours after the first case update. Then half an hour later I received that second case update. Thanks Jeffro and Camille who helped me quickly after my posts on this forum. |

I'm still waiting for one of my licenses, and yet the other one came through right away. Support issued me a temporary license, but that's about to expire. I hope we don't have all this iLok hassle for every point update of Pro Tools now!

I'm hoping posting here will help, as I still haven't received a license, and opened a case about 3 days ago with no response. Never used Avid support before so I'm not sure how long it usually takes.

It appeared today thankfully. Although taking a month for permanent licenses to be issued is far from great, I must say support had me up and running with a temporary license inside an hour of emailing them which is very impressive.
