Default D-Command firmware updating

Hi
I try to rest firmware by installing new one or reinstalling old one but I don't know how can I install D-command Main firmware
I saw some where I can do it by holding (sel+Mute+solo) but it doesn't work for d-command( I checked by using this on the left fader and the right one on my console which with the left one it affect my icon but not for updating firmware and the right one didn't affect console )
May I ask help me pls?

turn off the main unit
hold down (sel+Mute+solo) in the first strip (far side from the power switch) and power back on
