No sound for playback

Hi, this is the first time i post on this forum.
I installed the pro tools first and asio4all, but I found that there is no sound when i play the track.
I tried to choose the other playback engine in PTF but after that I receive the 6117 error
But I can still play the midi file which i export from PTF

My computer is HP Envy 15

Whats your interface?

Try holding down the N key while starting PT|First and choose your interfcae. If it is asio4all then choose that, next goto settings - i/o - press default on all the In/Out tabs and let us know.
