is there anyone that has been able to use an midi Appregiator in protools

I'm not really sure what question you are asking.

Pro Tools doesn't have an "automatic arpeggiator" built in. You can draw in arppeggiations on a MIDI track with the pencil tool, and then cut/copy/paste them in your session wherever you need them to be.

Several software synths that you can use with Pro Tools (including XPand, TimeWarp, etc etc) include "automatic arpeggiators". We would need to know which one(s) you would be using to give you more guidance on that.
