RTAS plugin for checking mixes in MONO

I recently saw a post showing a VST plugin that you can put on your master fader and have a one button "MONO" control to collapse mixes and check for phase problems.

For those of us that are (still) on the 001 (don't laugh, it's still rock solid and cranking out great recordings) and don't have the 002 "MONO" button to do it with, is there an RTAS plugin that has the same functionality? Thanks.

I don't know of an RTAS plug-in off hand, but if you have the VST2RTAS adapter from FXpansion, this works well and it's free.

Just bus everything to a stereo aux channel and pan both sides center

I use the mono button on my Presonus Central Station, but if I was looking for a software solution, I'd check that plug out. Seems silly Digi never gave us this simple feature...

Download Isotope's Vinyl. (spelling??)
It's free, and it has a stereo/mono flip switch. As long as you don't mess with the settings, or load a preset, it'll be an unaffected signal that you can quickly check in mono.
I'll put it on my Master fader, flip the mono swicth and close the window.
Then I just toggle it on and off w/ctrl click. Done.
