Default It's electric! Advices for a new studio please.

Hi everyone,
For my studio, I'm searching good advices to pull a new electrical line fully dedicated to audio. (no heater, dimmer or light on this circuit).

So, after some readings, I'm a bit worried about ground loops and I want to do everything I can to avoid this phenomenon.
I know that there's no magic formula, but surely some things to do to prevent that.

From what I read:
- Circuit dedicated to audio.
- Never remove the ground prong on a power cable.
- Balanced connections whenever possible.
- Isolate each processors from each other in a rack, and from its rails as well.
- Power everything from the same outlet or power strip (I'm stunned ), I will not be able to do that...

I've seen some stuff on "star grounding" and "ground lifter" , but that doesn't appeal to me...

Until now,I was thinking to do that:

Main Electrical panel (house)/ circuit breaker ------32Amps line-----> studio room.

In the studio room, 2nd electrical panel /circuit breaker (divide the 32Amps line in two):
----16Amps line----> power strips
----16Amps line----> power strips

PS: I live in France, voltage is 230V , watts and amps are international.
I need around 25 Amps to run everything in my studio, but power strips are limited to 16 Amps, this is why I want to divide the 32Amps main line into two 16Amps lines.

Do you think it's problematic to do so ?
...any recommendations ?

I hope it's understandable,
Thanks in advance.

Loudy:)>

Have a good dedicated ground for the studio from the sub panel to a grounding rod. It is extreme, but house wiring will have noise in the ground circuits. Have your breakers on the same side in the panel so all those circuits are in the same phase.

+1 for the studio panel to have it's own grounding rod. My garage/studio has two!! (...should have seen the strange looks from the electical inspector, but there's no kill like overkill!!!)

A dedicated 5 ft brass grounding rod is an excellent idea. If you have not recorded here before hook up a mic to a mixer and make sure you are not picking up any radio stations in your head phones. Had this issue once at a house i lived. Thank God i was able to move.

I had radio noise issues!! My studio is in the 2nd floor/loft of my garage, kept getting the most annoying noise on my guitars. I realized that the noise was worse in one certain spot of the control room. Turns out that that was directly above the garage door opener (one with a wireless remote). Shut off the power to that and the noise was gone.
