Default help! Eleven Rack raw/dry guitar problem

im not really sure why this is happening. when i try to record with my eleven rack into Studio one it only records raw/dry guitar. when i play through the eleven rack i can hear my tones and FX through my speakers but when i go to record its raw. can anyone help me?

Change the input on the track.

Guitar IN is the DRY guitar, just like in Pro Tools. Inputs 3 and 4 are the effected tone.

Change (or add) the input in Audio IO Setup to include the ELEVEN RIG L and R inputs.

Thank you very much! I just struggled with this myself. This seems to be the answer. Gotta check it out tomorrow. Won't have to make any adjustments in any other settings?
