Default bummer

I received my 16 Fader extension and had to send it back ..

I can't believe that a reputable national Guitar Chain send me a unit that was missing a Fader ,no power cord,no mounting brackets and the meter bridge plastic cover ripped .

On top of it they shipped it UPS( the worst for fragile gear) in a reused AC30 Vox cardbox box with the D-command loose ,a piece of flat cardboard on top of the faders and bubble wrap and pop corn.
No double boxing
Do you want Mayo or mustard on this sandwich????

At least the return support was efficient and honest ,just have to wait 2 weeks for the $ back

And I was almost tempted to keep it ,what was I thinking ?

Sorry for the rant I was looking forward to upgrade

I feel your pain. Have had similar experiences with various gear. My brand new D-Command worked for about three hours before the first fader started acting up. Chris L. sorted that out quite nicely, and I swapped out the entire bank. My first synth, a Korg M1, came with a big hole where the pitch bend should be.
