Default Dragging from region bin

Has anyone else noticed that sometimes when you grab a region and drag it out of the region bin and onto a track, it doesn't work? It seems like this happens a lot now, where I do it once and nothing shows up. I have to do it a second time for the region to appear in the track. Anyone else noticed this?

Sure.. I've seen that bug since 4.0 (maybe even earlier, but that's where I began ).

Yes, I've noticed this behavoir since 6.4 -

I found if I drag the file in the bin slightly to the right before I move it to the timeline, it will drag properly the first time.

grrr...

Cheers,
Chris

Yes, I ALSO found if you click on the audio file (in the bin) either right above or below the one you want to drag out, then click on the one you actually want to drag out, and drag it out, that ALSO will make it work correctly the very first time...

I have also seen this problem since PT 4

Hope this helps --
