Punch in recordin, audio gone
Suddenly I have this problem:
I have two tracks, and I am trying to punch in some new parts on them. Once I did that, the original audio that was replaced by the new audio... is gone, totaly gone! It should be there, so I can edit , like I did a thousand times I mean, I punch in and then I try to fit the ends of the part I just recorded, but the original audio cannot be found. I ran the support utility , but the problem persists. Even more annoying, it is kinda random, sometimes one track has the original audio, sometimes is gone. Any help, guys ? |

Re: Punch in recordin, audio gone
Any chance you were in "Destructive Record"? If you were - the old audio was overwritten by the new recording and will no longer be available for editing.
