Default What is your reverb workflow/setup for Atmos?

Personally I have been using Dspacial Reverb (http://dspatial.com ) Atmos reverb which sounds fantastic. As far as I know, this is one of the only reverb that is fully atmos compatible and it decolerates every channel outputs and create no phase issues.

I have seen mixer using a myriads of mono reverb sends, 5.1 verb or stereo verb panned to the back speakers...

just wondering what is your setup for time based effect processing and what is your favourite reverb for Atmos

Reverb is the Exponential Audio Stratus 3D (they have other ATMOS reverbs) but often I just use Nugen Halo with the ATMOS upgrade or delays like Cargo Cults Slapper 2 and bus into the other channels (it supports 7.1 but then a redirect to the top speakers).

Thanks @Bscout, I've got another question, how do you get the reverb to follow objects panning movements?

I'm using Dspatial reverb I and I'm using their mono to 7.1.2 reverb and even when I set my sends to follow main pan I don't hear the reverb moving along side the object. (using their 7.1.2 through a 7.1.2 send is doing the same thing...)

I know Dspatial also have the "Reality" reverb plug in which does that and even emulate Doppler effects with movement... but yeah I don't have this one and it's $1500. Is the only way to use a mono reverb and use "size" to spread to a wider area?

+1 Stratus 3D. It is marvelous.

It listens for where the source audio enters the reverb, follows the movement, and creates reverberation in the space accordingly.

Also has some settings for things like keeping the verb out of the center and doing a phantom image instead. Also, early reflections can be kept on the plane (bottom or ceiling) that it senses the source, etc.
