Default Main ruler marker fonts not as clear as they used to be

Now that the new marker features are in effect, the marker names on the main ruler aren't as clear as they used to be.
The new font in Classic mode looks smudged and a bit shoddy.
In previous versions like 2022.7, the fonts on the main ruler are much smoother.

I'm using 2022.7 right now and the marker names on the main ruler look perfectly clear with just the right amount of boldness.
The softer marker colors blend in much better too.

Sorry no screenshots but maybe others have noticed and would like the previous fonts back.
It's not so much my eyesight as it is preference and attention to detail.

Agreed. Track-based markers are nice and clear, though I wish the font weren't bold, as it could show more letters in the same space. Anyway, it's easy to see the difference if you make a marker and move it back and forth between the main ruler and the track. Same marker - clear on the track, fuzzy on the main.

Yes. Fuzzy is a better word to describe. Freeware fuzzy in Classic mode.
Like the difference between real & fake Bose headphones.
I don't feel like I'm using the real Pro Tools. lol
I don't use dark mode but it seems to look better with the light font.
