Default Mixed sample rate on project. What do I do?

So I'm new to pro tools and trying to bring a project over from reaper. The drums were recorded with a digital 8 track at 44.1khz. Then (I did not know this at the time) The guitar and bass tracks were recording in Reaper directly at 48khz. I imported the drums into pro tolls and started to mix them, and when I try to bring in the bass and guitar it says theya re not the same sample rate and adjusts them to match. This makes them slower and out of time with the drums.

Is there any way around this?

Any thoughts or ideas are appreciated.

when you import the guitar & bass you need to convert them. obviously you did not.

When you bring in the audio, there is an option to sample rate convert (Apply SRC.) Set the sample rate (which it should do by default) to the session's sample rate.
Do that.

Thanks. I see that but the box is greyed out and disabled. I can't select anything. Why is that?

You can't apply SRC if you're adding the file. You have to copy it instead.
