HDX Hardware Exchange prices now on Sweetwater

Sweetwater now has the prices for the various HD hardware exchanges to HDX on their website, including HD Native:

However, all of these assume you are trading in a "blue" HD interface.

Note that with the same interface trade in, HD Native adds $1000 to the price.

There is also an HD Native trade to HDX without an interface (no trade in of an old one, no receiving of a new one), which is not listed here, but it is $7499.

It was initially thought that that once you did that, you could then do an even swap of an old interface for an Omni, like the other packages, but that's not the case. It adds $1000 more in those cases.

for a new system that is more powerful than a hd3 and also includes a AD 10,999.00 is not that bad, considering that a hd 3 + hardware was over 14 k. Heck the old hd2+omni is still more expensive than the new hdx + hd I/O 16x 16 analogue.

As for the trade in, it's exactly the same as it was to exchange the old cards to the old tdm cards, price wise.

So if i have a HD3 + HD OMNI and i would (ipotetically) get a HDX system... i should however buy a complete system: i cannot buy only dhe HDX card... due to the fact that only BLUES interfaces could be traded. So my i will have an HD OMNI without use... interesting.

You could sell the brand new Omni.

Or wait a while and see if they sell the cards by themselves. My Sweetwater rep has suggested that might happen.
