Default Routing out Logic 1 & 3, anyone know basic Logic routing?

I'd post on apple forums but I know you guys are smart and some use Logic..

So in Pro Tools it's as easy and configuring the IO Setup output tab to out 1 & 3 for the C24 to play a normal stereo output (since the dsub is wired for 5.1 by default)

I'm new to Logic and monitoring via my C24 and basically need to know how can I switch all the outputs for logic to go out 1 & 3, instead of 1 &2?
I'm use TDM with my HD3 for playback so Digi Core Audio pref isn't the answer.

I see you can open the Digi hardware setup in Logic, but I need the IO setup I think. Any ideas? Maybe I'm totally missing something.

In Logic 7 and below it was done from the Audio Configuration Window, but I can't remember (having not fully absorbed) where you do it in version 8.

ps/ logic manual on the apple site should be able to tell you (try page 812)
