Default d24 go slow motion

hello i got a problem with my d24 withdsp farm cards
sometimes it go's good but this afternoon everything was playing in slow motion
i cheked my clock and everything
do somebody know why tis is

what exactly is slow motion? slow performance insidePT?
might be fragmented disks? bad RAM? buffer size/ H/W settings?

hello
i try to changed the buffer size already
i had it before but after restarthing the mac it works fine but today not
it is like half of normal speed

Umm, shift and space? That plays half speed.

no it is no shift and space
i think it is something with the mac
i got it when i run it 5.1on mac os9 and 6.4 on mac osx
