Need help with Crystal banks!

Anyone out there using Crystal? I'm using it with PT 6.4 and the Fxspansion VST-RTAS adapter. It works fine but I'm having trouble using the browser on it to load patch banks. I've read all the documentation for it and understand how it' supposed to do this but so far the browser seems disabled. I'm only able to save a patch with a song or copy a patch to an unused patch slot of which there is only a few. I can only think it's because of the wrapper. I'd like to be able to also load soundfonts and samples to this synth but I can't seem to be able to do that either. Has anyone had any luck?
