Thumbs up Re: 2.6.1 Feedback

Registered just to say this: THANK YOU, Avid!

That fader SLAM to the bottom has been driving me absolutely mad ever since I bought my MC Mix. I asked Euphonix several times to do something about it, but nothing happened.

Thank you, thank you, thank you...

Opening old PT sessions in PT 9 isnt a EUCON issue.
This is probably due to the amount and type of plug ins you have in your sessions. This will take investigation by more than just the EUCON team, which is why we've engaged you directly to work with you to solve this. and the multiple tracks to new bus issue. Please recognize that there are many projects at Avid, and while we want to solve all issues we have to prioritize and sometimes move in increments.

Now that 2.6.1 is released, I'll be working with our CS and QA to figure out why these crashes are happening on your specific workstation with you specific sessions. With the amount of time and energy we've put into your case to this point, we hope you recognize that we are doing what we can, when we can, to work toward your best experience.

Thanks for the update Avid Eucon team! Please keep these coming and please include automation features such as auto touch / write / reach / latch / trim all with one button (like there used to be under HUI emulation) I know many users have been waiting for this to be re-implemented and we all thought this would be the update to fix it. sadly it wasnt, but still nice to have stability fixes. Please give us automation features in next update. Cheers

What about access to the additional automation modes? All trim, all touch, preview? Curious to know what else is new in 2.6.1.

EUCON requires addition not only to the EuControl software, but to the DAW that is implementing features.

The request for additional automation modes is duly noted by the Avid product managers responsible for feature prioritization.

Thanks a lot for the feedback.

It is acceptable noise, I can work with it without problems.
Xill,

Thanks a lot for the feedback and for being an advocate! I've noticed your support around the forums and really appreciate it.

Thank you Avid! I have a first generation MC Mix and 2.6.1 is working great! No more annoying jitter. Great work.
Keep it up!
