Well all is good now!!!! Got an email from Avid and they handled the situation. I don't know if it was sweetwater that pushed it through (I'm assuming it is because they said they would take care of me) but this is water under the bridge.

Thanks and glad this worked out the way it should have.

Are you saying the went ahead and honored the code, even after the 2-15 cutoff?
