Space Activation is required

A message just pops up saying "Activation is required". But I´m on an active plan...what´s wrong?

And it has disappeared from my account too...anyone is expermentimg the same thing?

Launch your iLok License Manager app, click "All Licenses", and search for "space". Mine is showing a few versions and believe it's now part of the "Avid Complete Plug-In Bundle". Maybe you can simply activate the version that your system is looking for?

Just got an answer from Avid, it´s now part of the all plugins bundle and those who had it on an active plan it´s replaced with Falcon UVI2...don´t know what plugin...

Ok, I understand Avid can do whatever it wants, but man, what about announce it before...this way I have time to take a decision, whatever I buy it or skip it and go other route...but as always...Avid doesn´t give a **** about their customers.

Sorry for the confusion here.

Space was included with the original Upgrade and Support Plan which we later split up. Space and Eleven Effects were then part of the Plug-Ins and Support Plan ($99/yr). In late 2017 we introduced the Avid Complete Plug-In Bundle ($49/yr) which included Space and many others. The Plug-Ins and Support Plan was discontinued since you could now get way more plug-ins at half the price.

We started including Falcon over a year later, so it didn't technically replace Space. (I'll find your case and follow up with the CS rep.)

As far as the 'missing' license... a Pro Tools Plan or Pro Tools HD Plan license handled the authorization of Space as a bonus plug-in, and it looks like yours expired in April 2020 (should have actually expired in 2018 since it doesn't look like you bought/renewed the Plug-Ins and Support Plan back then).

Wow, Avid just made deposit of a temp license for Space into my account to finish the sessions that I had with it. After that I´ll see what I´ll do.
