Default HELP !! PT license GONE from iLok dongle and account...

HELP !!

When starting up today, an iLok TLC-renewal procedure started up. Now my Pro Tools license is GONE from my iLok Dongle

What to do ?
Pls HELP.

Hi you said account but , can you check/confirm is not on the ilok server maybe it was moved from your ilok to the server by accident ?

License "Pro Tools Plan" is now on iLok dongle, after refresh. But I cannot start Pro tools. The iLok TLC-renewal-procedure intervenes, and closes the upstart procedure.

Hey

Try updating the ILM (ilok license manager) to the absolute newest version and see if that helps. Uninstall the old one first as they can add issues if you just run a new install over the old.

Then with the new ILM goto the manager and do a right click on the ilok name Nd sync/repair or what ever it is called there. See if that helps.

Do you have TLC/ZDT on that ilok key!?

First the usual startup Pro tools smaller window shows up as usual. Then on top, another similar-looking window says:

"TLC has expired" and that renewal procedure will start after countdown of 15 seconds. No cancel button only an OK button.

Then a message says "Your TLC licenses are being refreshed" along with a progress bar. No error msg.

Then a new window similar looks again Software activation with two buttons "Activate" and "Quit". I press "Activate"


Then new window where I'm prompted to login to iLok. I do that.

Then new window "Open the iLok cloud session" plus info on cloud session. I press "NO". I want to use my iLok dongle, not cloud.

Then new window "Select license to activate" - "you don't have any licences in your account, or none of the liceses there have any activations" - " If you have an iLok USB device with a licese activated on it, please plug it in".

My iLok dongle is already plugged in, and when logging in to the iLok account it shows an activated "Pro tools Plan" with expiration date 29 march 2023. Activated to my plugged in iLok Dongle.

Yes TLC/ZDT. Pressing the "refresh" button besides the TLC yields an error message - "cannot communieate witn the iLok" - but next try, no error msg.

Always keep it uptodate. Latest version installed. Checked

Is it risky to press "syncronize" without re-installing ILM ?

No open cloud sessions, as far as I can tell. Never used that feature. How to check if there is any?
