Hi there,

Updating to Eucon 3.6 caused my Artist Mix to disappear, while my Artist Control is still there. Once I downgrade to 3.5 it reappears straight away. The firmware is up to date on 1.5.4.0. I also tried a full clean de/install but no luck.

This is on a OS 10.10.5 Mac Pro trash can, both Artists are connected via a thunderbolt break out box + an ethernet switch.

Any help would be highly appreciated..

That is how I tried. I did it one more time to make sure but it didn't help..

Can you try the Mix on its own with a direct cable ?

It turned out the IP address of the Mix had been changed. Not sure how that happened and why it still worked with EUCON 3.5 but resetting it solved to problem.
