Default Exporting from Pro Tools to FCP 7

I know, I know: the most probable reply will be it isn't possible, but I would still like to know is there any workaround? Like Automatic Duck in reverse? I don't need to export any mixing or processing data, just clips and maybe volume. AAF, OMF, whatever...
Thanks in advance

Protools has a built-in 'export as aaf'. You'll have to try some settings which work best I guess.

How do you import that AAF into FCP7?

Automatic Duck had a "Pro Import" plugin for FCP7 in addition to the export. It wasn't always reliable but I remember getting it to import a basic sequence. It worked with OMF and AAF IIRC.
