Stolen Ilok - replacement licence

hey... so i reported my stolen ilok. recevied my 'temporary' licence for pro tools 10.. does anyone know how i turn this temporary license to a full license?

im now trying to upgrade to PT11 but it wont do it without this license. the temp one doesnt seem to work.

i received my temp licence codes through ilok.. but becuase pro tools is 'closed' it would seem, until monday.. i cant activate them..reason i need to activate is so i can upgrade to 11 which i need to do urgently..

seems i have to wait until pro tools phone service opens? unless you have any other insights.
