Default Pro Tools 11 Video fps issues

Hey all I just installed PT11 and was starting to mess around with a post project I was working on, when I imported session data from a previous session the video track was saying that my video is at 18.98 fps when I know it is 23.976. Has anyone else run into this issue, 18.98 isn't even an option in the session setup dialog.

There are when importing from pt10 and older sessions where there are problems like this. Import the video directly NOT from older sessions and you should be fine
