This is ridiculous ! I have clients from out of town and I have to put out of my own pocket for there hotel room. I need this fixed ASAP!

meantime we get some "official" reply, aside from the stupid "we apologize for the inconvenience", who got reply saying "you don't have an active update plan" ?

cause many users, INCREDIBLY, getting this reply... it's like the right hand don't know what's doing the left one... i have no more word about this company !

HOW is possible you don't see/read what is so EVIDENT checking our accounts !??? SHAME ON YOU AVID !
