Default Strike - Settings >> How do you save a User Setting?

ok
I think i understand basically how USER styles, kits and mixes get generated and
saved. However, how do you save a "User Setting"?

I would assume the Setting would be a combination of the style, kit and mix parameters.
I dont see how creating a User Setting is accomplished.

thanks!
Edgar
