Editing Audio under Video via ProTools

We currently are able to capture audio via D-show/HD from FOH. I can then bring the files to my office and edit in LE with production tool kit. We capture video with Final Cut and DVCAM deck (backup). We're looking to be able to provide our worship services online but don't want to use the house mix on the playback for the internet. What's the best process to get to where I want to go?

I thought I heard of an option in ProTools to be able to view video during playback? How does the video get synced? Will I have to use the deck and run into 003 Factory via word clock? I'd like to just be able to use the Final Cut video.

Make a DV QT movie and it will work in PTLE. YOu might have to adjust the sync I think 22 quarter frames
