HD Process cards with PT9?

Hi
I've been offered an HD process (non Accel) for stupid cheap money..was wondering if anyone knew of any problems using it on PT9 (win 7) ?
My Accel system is a PCI X one anyway which means the core card isn't an Accel card and so pretty similar, so I presume it will work ok?
Any benefits getting one?
I have a spare slot so it would be nice to offload some of the voice playback and time alignment to this card if poss and free up some DSP on the Accel..
Is this just a crazy dream? :)

I'm using process cards with Windows 7 64 bit and PTHD9. No issues at all.

i have pt hd accel system with 2 pci x cards:1 core and 1accel.on windows xp.im thinking to add one more accel or proccess card.hd process card is comactible with pt 8?is eanybody out there with this compination working on Dell Precision Workstation 690?
