Default Single channel bounce to disc non-realtime (how to?)

I recall a while back I used to know a keyboard shortcut to bounce/render down a single channel inside pro tools without having to use the regular 'bounce to disc'. This helps out drastically, as you can convert huge tracks non-realtime. I have a 3 hour file I'd like to use this feature if anyone knows how I can do this. I'd appreciate any help!

Figured it out, no need to reply. Thanks
