Where is my No Charge Pro Tools 12 Upgrade?

I don't have a case open I don't think and I haven't received any emails about an update... do I need to open some sort of case to get a standard software update? I assumed it would post to my account automatically at some point.

Hi i'm wondering if anyone can help me, i got pro tools 12 yesterday, and i activated my pro tools account before my ILOK account, I have downloaded pro tools and the ILOK manager and in ILOK its not showing any licenses and advice how to get my licence into my ILOK ?

I haven't received my copy of Pro Tools 12 yet and I have the educational version / 4 years free updates, similar thing happened with my 11 upgrade. I think it may be because it is under a different email? Would it be possible for you to look into this please.

Jeffro, just wanted to say a quick thanks for getting my account squared-away. I received the support bundle, including PT10, 11 and 12 HD, in my iLok account and all is well.

Hi, after 2 weeks my avid account now shows 12 upgrade from LE (thanks if you helped!) rather than 11 from LE

Any user action needed to get a PT12 asset in my ilok account , that still shows the 11/10 bundle i had at the registration..?

Hi, I just found the ProTools 12 upgrade in my account in which I've qualified for. I downloaded and installed it. When opening ProTools I was not able to activate it through my ilok. It said it couldn't find the license in my account. I've linked my ilok account with my Avid account as well. I also noticed ProTools 11 is no longer in my account. I would appreciate if it could be put back in there in case there are too many bugs in PTs 12. At this point however I am not able to use ProTools at all because I've installed 12 & 11 is not longer in my account. I had to cancel a session because of this. I tried to create a support ticket but there is NO way to find my 'system id' number in my account. I also tried linking my account here with my Avid user account to no luck.


Anybody have any thoughts? AVID??
