X2Pro to Protools crash on specific tracks

Of the 90 tracks created by X2Pro, running Pro Tools 10.3.9, my mixer has been unable to ingest them all at once, so piecemeal, he has valiantly added music and effects, and most dialogue, but A1-A10 apparently crash each time.

Any suggestions?

I am happy to try to do any isolated conversions, but it is unclear which tracks X2Pro refers to, for A1-A10, when it it multiplying dialog tracks ten fold.
