Default Waves diamond plugins - how to use them?

Hello,

I just got hold of the waves diamond bundle plug ins, installed them and now have no idea how to access/open them! Spent awhile looking in pro tools for how to open them but with little luck, any help appreciated.

Hmmm... Seems strange to me too... That's a LOT of money to spend on something that, quite frankly, you don't seem very knowledgeable about... Want to buy my car?

Nonetheless sdog, they're RTAS plug-ins. Use them just as you would any other RTAS plug-in. Waves comes with a VERY detailed manual about EACH plug-in, and how to use them. I'd start there. If you're looking for help / tips on how to apply a SPECIFIC plug-in, let us know which one... Good luck!

haha I got these from recommendations from someone whom i trust, unfortunately i can't get hold of him for a few weeks. I just need to know how to get them open in pro tools!:P I am a total NEWB with pro tools, however if you heard what i used to do with a PC mic and Cool Edit Pro, you'll realise theres a lot of talent once i get going hehe

However yes specifically - (just once pro tools is open i got noooooo idea where this stuff is located!)

rvox
rcomp
rverb
L1

Thats the mixing process at my old studio of this verse - www.myspace.com/mastacraft - young thang top track...

Trying to recreate that mixing on another track.

Regards,

I agree. You might want to consider getting your money back for the plugins and using the money to get a compatible computer as a solution for your other thread.

STOP USING CRACKED PLUGINS!

My suggestion is to make sure you register your licensed software with Waves and then contact their customer service department with this question. They are always very helpful with new users that just purchased their products.

As you might know, here might be the problem There are hacked versions floating around, a fact that has been tried to hide from the public. It feels so bad to go visit some newbie that has Cubase and a crappy sound card, and then he brags how great this Waves Diamond sounds like.

Argh...

Me and my licensed Platinum would want to puke over such system. Waves V6 anyone?
