Default Window Configurations no longer save some settings

I have certain window configurations that bring up specific plugins.

In 12.8.0 the "clip by clip/entire selection" menu and the "Overwrite files/ Create Individual Files/Create Continuous Files" menu used to recall what was originally saved.

After upgrading to 2018.7 all plugins default to "Entire Selection" and "Create Individual Files".

It seems like a small and innocuous change, but it's created a small inefficiency, that costs a lot of time over 100s of repetitions a day; especially if I don't remember to change the setting manually, and accidentally blow out all of the handles on all of my clips.
