Default video editing on LE question

When I import a video into my session i cant cut out unwanted parts.

Is this an option only for HD or can it be done on my LE system?

Video editing on an audio aplication?
mmmm... I don't think so....
I guess I would use Final Cut or Premier or After Efxs or alike.

With DV Toolkit 2 & PT 7.4 you can do basic video editing as per an audio region - though no crossfades etc.
