Loopmasters perpetual install

I have had this issue for some time on both of my PT installs.

The Loopmasters library downloads and installs every time I reboot. I let it run its course, but then it does the same thing on reboot. How do I stop this? One of my PT installs is on a laptop and I frequently use my phone as a hot spot, so I'm eating up data because of this like a mofo. How can I end this seemly endless cycle?

Hey there - Just wanted to echo the OP/bump this thread and share I'm having the same problem.

You can provide log files and more info to CS via a support case if interested in troubleshooting, but for now please check that Install Apps Silently is disabled in Avid Link's Preferences.

Same here. I happens at odd intervals. At one point I thought it was tied to new installs, but it seems more random.

I even made a support ticket. Maybe had 20 or 30 emails saying that they were having people look at over 6 months, then the emails stopped...without it getting fixed of course.

It still randomly happens, and it pisses me off when I'm using my phone as a hotspot eating up data. Its not like I can even see it happening.

Not thrilled with the quality of support Avid.
