Perpetual licence wont boot after OS update

i have a perpetual version of protools. my iLok was stolen so i bought a new one but had to update my OS in order to get the new version of the iLok manager. now that i've registered my new iLok, i can no longer boot my pro tools software! what do i need to do?

I think we need more information..

What version of Pro Tools?
What OS are you on?
ie. is the Pro Tools version compatible with the Windows version..

You say you bought a new iLok but mention nothing of having a Pro Tools license on it.
Did you buy a new license and move it to the iLok?
Did you contact Pace to get your old license back (assuming you had zero downtime for your iLok)?
