I just tried to call, pressed option 3, and a message said "due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Avid has temporarily closed our licensing support center" - and it directs you to the online support center - and then hangs up on you. I filled out an online case yesterday.

I just called to and got the same response. I've already missed my deadline for today and really really can't afford that. Please help!

I could not wait any longer so I paid for an ASC. Phone support redeposited the license, and PT is now working, but it is complete BS to have to pay for support for a known issue.

I checked in on all of these and handled or escalated as needed. All of your licenses should be updated now. (I also put in a refund request for that ASC.)

Default iLok Cloud Problem

Hi, I have a problem with iLok License Manager and my Pro Tools license. I have subscribed to an annual subscription that I pay all month since November , but today iLok Cloud is considering my license to expire and so I can’t access the software. What is going on?
