Ilok shows license for Avid Impact, but PT10 won't recognize authorization
Has anyone experienced an issue like this? My ilok account is showing my license for Avid Impact, but every time I start Pro Tools I receive the error that Pro Tools cannot find a valid authorization for "impact.aaxplugin"
I tried reinstalling and every other troubleshooting idea I could find, but nothing has worked. If anyone has experienced a similar situation I'd appreciate any advice/help. I'm on a Mac. Thanks!

I have Impact running fine in Pro Tools 10.3.6 and 11
What version of PT are you using? What installs of Impact do you have? If your using 10 you should download the 10.2 install for Mac 11 or 11.0 install if your using PT 11
